Since our services follow a step by step procedure, of Origination - Realisation – Final.
Our Refund policy is also clear, On making payment for the desired product / service, the customer is entitled for a refund policy only and only if he / she decides to cancel the order at the origination stage. The refund initiated at this stage will be 90%, as 10% will be charged as effort fees.
Once the customer has accepted the origination process and moved to the realization process. The cancellation policy will be not be applicable.
If anycase, If the Seller, in this case Mydeas Corpration (Owning www.mydeasonline.in ) delays the deliverable more than the assured time in any of the process stage, and the customer wishes to cancel the same, the refund will be initiated as per the below mentioned terms.
- Origination Stage:
90% If the customer cancels
90% if the Seller Delays
- Realisation Stage:
Nil (0) if the customer cancels.
70% if there is a delay by the seller (Mydeas Corporaition) more than the
stipulated time and customer decides to cancel the same.
- Final Stage:
Nil (0) if the customer cancels
50% if there is a delay by the seller (Mydeas Corporaition) more than the
stipulated time and customer decides to cancel.
